A standard page is A4 size, 12 pitch single spacing or equivalent.

A cheaper rate will apply to mail merge letters and work where there is copying and pasting

A 25% surcharge applies to work carried out in the evening or the weekend. This does not apply if Anne decides to work in the evening or the weekend because she is busy.

Pick up and delivery (if required) at extra charge.
